SPONSORSHIP OF A REVERSE OSMOSIS DESALINATION SEMINAR IN EGYPT

The President and Managing Director of SYCHEM SA Dr.-Ing. A. Yfantis and Technical Director Dr. N. Yfantis gave a lecture entitled “High Efficiency Containerized Reverse Osmosis Desalination Systems” during the seminar entitled “Reverse Osmosis Desalination Is The Perfect Solution To The Problems Of Water”.

The seminar was organized by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Zagazig, Egypt from April 19^th -20^th. Professors of the University of Zagazig, representatives of the Egyptian Government, technical consultants, and experts in desalination technology from private sector participated in or attended the seminar.

The speakers during their lecture presented the current developments in desalination technology and the advantages of mobile preassembled containerized desalination units.

SYCHEM S.A. has installed during the last years mobile containerized demineralization units for the operation of gas turbine power generation sets in Algeria and Jordan as well as in Greece, Cyprus, Kuwait and Iraq for potable water production.
