Preventive and predictive maintenance, systematic reporting, spare-parts management and rapid technical response help reduce downtime, extend equipment life and maintain long-term operating efficiency.
SYCHEM currently manages more than 50 active Operation & Maintenance contracts across municipal, industrial, hospitality and infrastructure applications. These contracts cover a range of cooperation models: installations owned by the client with O&M entrusted to SYCHEM, systems supplied and subsequently operated by SYCHEM, as well as complete facilities provided through leasing, rental, BOO or BOOT arrangements.
