MEP Site Engineer

Job brief

SYCHEM Group is looking for an MEP Site Engineer to support its projects across Greece. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation, supervision, and management of mechanical and electromechanical projects, with a focus on water treatment systems, energy-saving applications, HVAC and DHW mechanical rooms, geothermal and heat recovery technologies, SPA and swimming pool installations, BMS systems, desalination systems, pumping stations, and related industrial or building applications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the mechanical scope of projects, including piping installations, boilers, HVAC systems, and related electromechanical equipment.
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects following the design phase.
  • Prepare project budgets, quantity surveys, and project offers.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities.
  • Coordinate with owners, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor system operation, measurements, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University or Technological Educational Institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and project management of MEP installations, including building or industrial projects, or in mechanical studies.
  • Strong background in HVAC and MEP systems.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project partners.
