Sea Mark Tower Project in Limassol Officially Kicks Off

On 16 June 2026, the kick-off meeting was held for the new Sea Mark Tower project in Limassol, marking the official start of an ambitious development that is set to become a new landmark for the city.

The project will be developed on a total area of 3,123 sq.m. and will comprise a ground floor, mezzanine level, 18 above-ground floors, a roof garden, and two basement levels, reaching an approximate height of 87 metres. With an estimated construction period of 28 months, following the issuance of the required permits, Sea Mark Tower is expected to make a significant contribution to Limassol’s evolving urban skyline.

As part of this landmark development, SYCHEM successfully undertook the design and construction of the dewatering process, ensuring the effective drainage and removal of groundwater. The system has been delivered and is now in full operation, supporting the safe and efficient progress of the project’s construction activities.

Furthermore, SYCHEM has been appointed as the MEP Designer & Contractor for the project’s Geo-exchange system and Building Management System (BMS). Through the integration of geothermal technology and intelligent building automation, the future owners of Sea Mark Tower will benefit from efficient cooling, heating, and domestic hot water production.

The combination of a high-performance geo-exchange system with smart BMS control is expected to deliver substantial energy savings, while enhancing operational efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value for the building’s end users.

With its advanced engineering solutions and focus on energy efficiency, Sea Mark Tower represents another important step towards sustainable, future-ready developments in Limassol.
