SYCHEM designed a complete system of waste management and water reuse for TECHNICAL BIOENERGY CRETE.
SYCHEM designed and delivered a multistage waste water treatment installation featuring an external cross-flow MBR system equipped with low fouling ultrafiltration membranes provided by PENTAIR. The biogas digestate parameters ranges from 30.000 – 70.000 ppm T.S.S and about 5.000 ppm total nitrogen.
The system capacity is 100 – 200 m3/d and achieves >95% removal of pollutants, producing water suitable for irrigation or disposal to Municipal Waste Water Treatment plants.
The remaining sludge has a high concentration of nutrients, so it can be used as bio-fertilizer in agricultural sector.
