SYCHEM as a subcontractor of IDE Technologies (a world leader EPC Contractor in water treatment solutions) has constructed and delivered a seawater desalination plant with 11.000 m³/d total capacity. Plant is located at Taman peninsula on Black Sea, North-Eastern coast in Russia, part of the Taman Seaport development for the new cargo terminal.

The two lines of 5.500 m³/d are the 1^st phase of the project while there is planning for a 2^nd phase to expand capacity up to 16.500 m³/d.  

Τhis Plant is the biggest seawater Reverse Osmosis system manufactured in Greece. It was fully tested with water at design pressure in SYCHEM Factory and delivered in 2017.
