One of the city’s modern highlights, Kuwait’s first-ever opera house is the country’s new national cultural district. It includes state-of-the-art theatres, concert halls, cinemas, exhibition halls and a library archive, all set amidst spacious parkland.

This prestigious project is meant to be a landmark of culture for the entire Gulf, needs an extensive supply of water for its intricate gardens and landscaping.

For this need SYCHEM successfully delivered 2 seawater desalination reverse osmosis units with a total capacity of 3.000 m³/d of water.

SYCHEM desalination units started their full operation since June 2014. The project was executed in cooperation with a local partner based in UAE. The 2.400 m³/d and 600 m³/d SWRO state- of-the-art units were delivered containerized in less than 3 months.
