The Trilogy – Lanitis Seafront in Limassol, Cyprus, is a landmark mixed-use development comprising offices, apartments, and common areas, supported by a high-performance, decentralized seawater geo-exchange system. Developed for Cybarco – Lanitis Group and designed by WKK – Hakim Khennouchi, the project required advanced MEP design and specialized geo-exchange contracting to meet the demands of a large-scale seafront development. The system provides a total cooling capacity of 4,100 kW and serves 48,180 m² of air-conditioned spaces, along with a 59,096 m² parking area and a maximum level difference of 153 m. Designed between 2017 and 2019 and constructed from 2019 to 2023, the project demonstrates an efficient and technically robust building services solution for premium mixed-use developments.
